t For the following months of October, November, and December I plan to accomplish many tasks. I intend to answer all of my blog responses fluently and precisely. I would like to create various amounts of pages on my website in relation with fun baseball topics. I want my website to contain interactive links and such. I hope to have influence on my viewers, and to hopefully spark something inside someone to join the great game of baseball. By January 10, 2017 I plan on having numerous things accomplished and a flourishing page. Blog #2 "what can be learned from failure" This genius hour article pretty much pin pointed how the genius hour topic is taking storm all over and how kids are picking up valuable skills while doing it and also having a good time while fulfilling their passion projects. I read the article and figured out about other genius hour project information and had similar views on it myself. One of the key viewpoints I have in common with most students is my love for the whole genius hour concept. My approach is more cunning after reading this article I plan to load all of my passion into it and to not be scared of failure while doing it. There is not a whole lot of freedom in the schooling system and I plan to take advantage of my opportunity. Blog post numero treis (#3) "How Genius`s think" I believe the author interprets genius as to how smart one is. There are several aspects of being a genius though its not simply always being the most intelligent, or obtaining the highest IQ even though those help they don`t necessarily mean that your a genius. Most genius`s share similar traits like thinking metaphorically, creatively, thinking outside the box, thinking productively, etc. Genius hour encourages us to utilize all of these traits related to Geniuses, most of all it truly makes you think a bit outside of the box. Blog post numero 4 This was an incredible TED talk and Ken Robinson really hits the head on the nail about our education's issues and what needs to be done. It's refreshing to finally hear someone talk about the needs for education reform and diversity in learning. The world is so diverse and it doesn't make sense that our education is not diverse as well, to accommodate all people. We need schools that specialize in different ways of learning and embrace modernization and technology. Schools need to utilize technology and create diverse curriculum. I now also am more familiar with Ted talks from watching Ken and how he displayed his talk. Title: Blog Post #5 “Is Genius Born or Can it be Learned?” Date: February 3, 2017 His purpose is to discuss genius`s and how they come about. His conclusions are pretty much the same as all the other articles we read. Genius`s are rare and hard to come by especially with today`s school system. You cant really make someone into a genius it has be from within although some people have learned to adapt and teach it. Well I guess i could utilize some of this articles info to help me with my genius hour, but honestly I dont think the guy who wrote this is Isaac newton so I wont take much from the article.
